She recently represented Haiti in the Art Fair Afrikin at Art Basel 2023 among master international artists.

Duvivier studied Fine Arts at Altos de Chavon 2008 DR (affiliated with Parsons in New York). And she graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts at Miami International University of Art & Design in 2019.

Beyond her painting, Annick is working as an advocate for the Haitian Kreyol language: She illustrated two story books during the Nabu Fellowship for illustrators of Haitian Heritage. The books are bilingual literature in Haitian Kreyol and English for Children between 0-10 years old. They are available for Freeon the Nabu App. www.Nabu.org With the birth of her premie daughter Thalia, Annick helped the organization ICU BABY with their Kreyol translations and videos to guide parents on What to expect in the NICU. ICU BABY distributes the free guide to 5 hospitals all over Florida in English, Spanish, and Haitian Kreyol. During her 112-day stay at the NICU with baby Thalia, Annick was painting. The self-portrait with Baby won first prize for the Art of Breastfeeding and selected for the Miami Dade WIC calendar. The Hospital University HEALTH Women and Children Hospital in San Antonio Texas acquired that painting for their collection in 2023.

Annick continues to surprise us and reach greater heights. She received the award in 2023  Haitian Culture Keeper from Le P'tit Club and the Dalencour Group. If she is not painting, you will find Annick spending time with her family or in the garden taking care of her plants and orchid collection.
